  Waters bell to alert the hostler is fitted.

Sept 18th 1908

  Cpt F A Beale's Bell is removed from Russell House to No 3 Laurels, June Road ? at an additional rental possibly reflecting distance.

Aug 1910

  The bell is removed from The Mart ( Canning) to W Cornelious. There was an additional rent but as always a removal fee of about 10s 0d.

July 4th 1911

  Bell fixed at Fm Blake's, Carlyle Villas, Vigo Road. An additional premium of 2s.11d paid as part year = £25.17s.6d..

Dec 11th

  Bell at present in use besides telephone at Waters works from Fire Station, Town Hall,

Fm C Jerome Bridge Street,

Fm W Cornelious London Street. The bell at Adelaide Road temporally disconnected it seems Cornelious was lodging at Waters property and was alerted by the hostlers bell.
