Two full pages in the log throw light on other incidents both prior and after the log record.All of them except some pencilled comments which have not been reproducible are shown here for your interest .

The reason for this record to be produced at this date is not known or shown.

Perhaps it was an executive request or even a council members request or just an investigation into the cost of provision and it's effect on the rate.

Maybe the cost of the brigade and therefore the cost to the community could be assessed. From my perspective it reveals an extended list of dates of incidents and could perhaps be the basis of further research. Without a Detailed list it will be hard to proceed.
